review time at NVC?

Hi all,

My case is in review at NVC, its about 7 weeks. When I call they still say the same .

Is this common ?
Is there a way to speed up or just wait, anyone had same experience?

For me, it took about 5 weeks for NVC to complete the case. My lawyer says, they should send it to the embassy in India within a week after that.
Thats the average time.

I don't think there is anything you can do before 8 weeks. If its past 8 weeks, you can have your lawyer follow up with them and talk to someone directly.
