What is your problem with CSPA? when is your PD? When your PD become current, contact consulate and tell them about the CSPA case. if it qualify they will add his/her name. don't worry.

My PD is current and i have contacted local consulate. They are reviewing my CSPA case. Everytime i ask for update, they tell me that "its under review". Its been 22 days and still waiting.

don't worry. they will consider you. when is your interview scheduled? go with your parents and explain the case they will consider if its cover under CSPA

PD between 22 OCT 2003 - 15 NOV 2003 should call NVC on Friday to check if their interview is scheduled.

Before you receive IL, calling NVC is the only option to know interview date and calm your curiosity.
