Yup there is slow but surety that movement of at least 2 or 3 weeks will come in the next month's VB.

hey the oct bulletin is out and the PD moved till 1st Oct. coming months movement trend is mentioned as two to three weeks for F4. So now you can predict your tentative interview date.

Hope so. at least 15 days movement must be there. We don't know how many people are not fit for Visa whose PD is before Oct. They must be organising their pending papers and as soon as they complete the documents they will be issued the visa. But it seems there is not many. In that case the movement may be 15 to 21 days a month.[/QUOTE]

I think it will move at least a month or more starting next bulletin..!
They wouldn't have started giving ILs to Sept.22nd and forward PD unless they are all done with documentarily ready people from before Sept.22nd,2003.

More people may become ready in coming months with PD dates prior to Oct.1st, however, there might not be as many.( we hope!)

You can't predict it. Since the retrogression happened twice consequently, the pending application must be less. In that case it may move normally. but very difficult to predict. Always hope for the best. When is your PD? Mine is 20th Jan 2004.
