It moved till 30th sept only/ None of the october people got the IL. So wait for Nov bulletin. all the best

if so by this time people must have received the IL. I don't think any movement. It may come back to Sept 22nd. that too is doubtful. Its really saddening now. was expecting last year but i don't think so this year also it will be. My PD is 20th Jan 2004. Have completed all paperworks. even deposited the fee for CSPA child also.
