what happens if company lays off when I-140 is done and applied for consular processing,
and the person is waiting for CP interview.
is it possible to to continue the CP processing even after company lays
someone off if EAD is done since applied for both adjustment of status and
AC consular processing and EAD is now done.
is it posible that once EAD is obtained employer can be changed?? and consular
processing can be continued even after lay off??
