1)I have applied for H1-Extension and my old H1 has expired.Will it be safe to travel for CP
even though the H1-Extension has not
been approved yet.I mean will I be out of status?
2)Also my spouse's H1 is not stamped yet as it was
an H4 to H1 Transfer.Will this pose a problem
if we travel for CP?
