    Hi guys,

Need some input from you guys:
Uncle applies for his brother (dad) and family
    DOB: April 1991
    PD: Feb 2004
    Petition approved in Aug 2009
We got an email to start the process which just included my parents name
Feb 16 we sent letter asking to add me and my younger brother (93 born) using CSPA

Later, they added me and my brother's name when they asked to pay fees

Will I get the visa? the PD has still not become current.. awaiting soon

You should provide exact dates to calculate CSPA age.

You have aged out, and hence ineligible for CSPA. You would have been eligible before Oct/Nov 2017.

if that is the case, why would they ask to pay interview fees?
Is there any consideration they can do in this case?

The fees were paid somewhere around September 2017. Does that mean they will freeze the dates?

Usually you have to be eligible under CSPA on the date of visa issuance. So, I would say you have aged out unfortunately.

                  CSPA Eligibility

                  Hi,

                  Good day!

This is Marwin from the Philippines and I am a beneficiary of an F1 class which is my mom. She is already in the US. I aged out when we got our NVC Letter saying that we can already process our immigrants Visa last August 03, 2013. I just want to know if I am eligible for the CSPA.

                  NVC Case Number: MNL2002731054
                  DOB: October 02, 1991
                  PD: August 16, 2000

                  Thanks in advance!

                  Best regards,
                  Marwin

Well you did not provide full information like petition approval date. However, based on your case number, I could assume that your petition was approved somewhere in July 2002.

So if we calculate your CSPA age, assuming July 2002 approval, You are already 24 Years and 6 months CSPA. so you are not eligible to get CSPA benefits.

Again, I replied based on information you provided.

Thank you for your response, my approval date is July 16, 2002 but the visa became available August 2013. Then we receive the letter from NVC September of 2015. What should I do for me to process another application for an immigrant visa then?

                        I apologize, I didn't see your category.

But again, you are missing something as last VB suggests Phillipines F1 cutoff is 01JAN06 and you are saying your PD is Aug 2000. This doesn't make sense.

Thanks for the response. Yes, me myself is a bit confused of what happened. My PD is Aug 16, 2000 and it became current Aug of 2013. On Aug of 2013 I am already 22 yrs old that?s why the NVC didn?t accept my Visa Fee anymore as what my Aunt said when she was paying everything. Any recommendations on what should I do on this one?

Thanks in advance and have a great day!

It seems you don't understand how this works. Answer questions below in order:

who was the petitioner in 2000?
who was the primary beneficiary in 2000?

who got visa in aug 2013?
if anyone got, then, Are they in US now? Are they GC holder or US citizen now? Did they file separate petition for you?

                              CSPA for F4 caterogry.

I have a question for Popat. I am the petitioner for my siblings, I have a question regarding CSPA. Do they consider CSPA age for children of F4 beneficiary? Please respond. Thank you.
