my employer will go bankrupt while waiting for interview dat

I am waiting for the embassy in Japan to send notification on the interview date, and then recently my employer decided to close the company by the end of this year. What should I do or ask company to do for me? Am I screwing up my CP process because of this? Please any help would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

I think that your GC is in grave danger. Better talk with an immigration lawyer ASAP.
