Can anyone please post your comments what the documents needed to send along with p3 to St. Louis. Your help is appreciated. Thanks

As per NVC new instructions,
We need to send the following documents,

1. $260.00 Money order for each family member
2. Fees Bill Page (which contains the case id, family member
names and fees to be paid )
3. Filled 230 part I

what about form DS 2001.
I did not receive it with pk 3 from NVC.
Has it been discontinued or what?

Can you please give an idea normally how long it NVC to get pkt3 from St louise.
