Urgent:Do we need OF-230 of DS-230 at Chennai Consulate

I only received a letter from chennai consulate confirming the CP interview date. They asked me to download Packet-4 from their site which I did. This only contain the medical-letter and OF-230 Part2 on their site. Am I missing anything? I though OF-230 was obsolete. I had earlier received DS-230 Part1 from NVC which I filled and sent back.

Which form do I use here OF-230 part 2 or DS-230 Part2?
Appreciate a response from recent CP'ers.

I think OF form are obsolete, can you send a mail to chennai consulate and ask about this and update us on this discussion board. Thanks
