Should I apply for RCMP PCC before I140 gets approved?

My I140 has been applied for. Now, should I apply for Canadian RCMP PCC now or wait for I140 appoval. How long does it take to get one?

The one from Indian consulate I got in 35 days.

You can. It takes 45-60 days to turn around. Note that if you currently live in Canada, it cannot be more than 6 months old at the time of the interview, otherwise it is good for a year (if you are doing your interview at Montreal).
