Abu, I am sending Packet 3..

I had posted this thread about three weeks ago and I need your final opinin. After consulting with few others and a lawyer..here is what I have decided..

I am going for CP and not AOS. I am listing Employer B inthe DS230 mentioning that I started with B from Jan and worked for them until March..

Abu, I will wait for your response..Do you think I am making the right move..Should I be concerned or do you think I am okay...Thanks.
