PCC during consular processing

Does anyone has, or knows of, any experience regarding non-receipt of PCC from Canada at the time of consular interview abroad for GC? An urgent response will be appreciated. (It takes months for response from RCMP).

if you dont have PCC from the place where you have stayed more than 6 months after the age of 16 you will be given letter for pending documents and you have to arrange it within specified peroid normally one year.you will be told that u r not documentarily qualified for IV UNDER SECTION 221G.check immihelp not qulaified due to unvailability of documents, i will suggest u to have it earleist possible before you go for visa interview.

foreign pcc has validity period

I worked in 2 countries before comming to usa . I took pcc for both the countries two years back. I would like to know where foreign pcc has validity
period?Please advise
