If you did send your packet 3 to mumbai after Sep 15th or so and before Oct 15th, Most likely will get interview date of December.

Lets make a group of such people and share information. If we do get same interview dates in December, it will be best in interest of everyone to share contact information, even for India so that we can help out each other on the day of interview.

I wanted some details on this new rule about I824 receipt needed with AC140. Like when this was enforced, what exactly it indicates.
I have applied for AC140 at Mumbai.
Can you give any information on this or point me to it?
