packet 3 question

NVC told me that my packet was sent out on 4 Oct(the automated system told me it was sent out on 25 Sep). Anyone can share some experience about how long will it take arrive? I am on the east coast.

If you have spoken to a person, go by that date. In my case too there was a discrepancy of about a week, the AVRS system giving a date earlier than the latter.
