    covering letter

    Hi,
    NVC has sent me packet 3, i have to send it to Chennai.

    do we need to send covering letter with that..?
    if so, can some body give me a sample letter.

    my case is normal CP processing in EB2( i have opted for CP at I140 time).

      I did not send any covering letter and still received my packet 4 promptly from Mumbai Consulate.
