Attorney Certified I140 Processing in Delhi

Iam one of the few who are attempting AC140 Processing at the Delhi Cosulate. Just want to come in contact with anyone who has done that recently or is planning on doing that in near future.
In particular my question is do I need the I824 receipt notice. I already have sent P3 and have receieved P4 with date of interview in March 2001.

Any reply in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I believe Delhi does not accept AC-140

They do accept. I am going for interview on March 12th. my case is ACP.

I dont have one and havent applied for one. They still gave me an interview date.

Hi,
Could you explain to me the procedure that you followed in this case. I have an approved I-140 (EB3) and one filed I-140 (EB2). Since the date is current for EB3 so I am planning to go through AC 140. If possible, could you please take out sometime and explain the procedure for AC140 from Delhi. Is it really a lot of trouble to go through the Delhi consulate. I would also like to know about the medical procedures etc. I do not trust my lawyers for the info that they are giving me since they have already messed my I-140 one time.

So would anyone be interested in telling if they successfully finished the AC140 in delhi. COuld you please share your experience. Did you require I824?
I know you don't need police verification etc..but did they ask for it just in case.
So did you collect the papers for the pkt3 yourself or your lawyers sent it, since you did not get the I824 receipt?and hence the question.
