CP under employment based to work in US

Hi, I would like to know after you finish CP process under employment based and get the plastic card. Does it mean you already get GC? I assuming that you need to work with your sponsor company, isn't correct? Can you move to work with other company after work with the sponsor for a while? What is the minimum period to stay with the sponcer employer? What is say in the card for authorization of work in the USA? Does it specific only one company in the card?
