Case at nvc

Hello I applied for mom to get her green card live with me . Right now my case is at the Nvc, but they ask for petitioner mariage certificate. I'm not even married , what should I do ? I really need the help please and thank you

You could write them a letter stating that you are not married. The bigger question is why would they think you are married. I would suggest you look at a copy of the I-130 you sent them and see if there is something unclear.
