Will filing a DS260 while my OPT application is pending lead to a denial of the OPT?

Hi, I'm currently finishing up my master's degree in the US on F1 and applied for OPT at the beginning of March (case was received March 8). The application is still in process. I won the DV2019 and haven't filed my DS260 yet because it seemed like I won't have a chance at the Green Card with my high case number. Since the numbers suddenly started to go up quickly, my case number may become current for July. In order to make use of this, I would have to file the DS260 asap. Will filing the DS260 while my OPT application is still pending result in my OPT getting denied?
