hello, i m a u.s citizen and just got married i want to file a petition for my wife i have stayed here in india for more than 90 days now my question is that would i be able to file it from new delhi or i have to file it from u.s when i go back.

Yes,Mr Patel. u can make petition file from india, if u were stayed more than 90 days, u have to meet some agent then hewill help to prepare ur file, then u will make petition file from Delhi, so ur wife will be come in u.s. within 3 or 4 months.
