Hi All,
I've been trying to contact NVC phone 603-334-0700 which is always impossible i get the robot message we're busy please call back. I've been trying for 2 weeks and calling 8 am EST but i always get that message. I've already did the CEAC request question forms (twice already) and it's been 2 months now with no response. I've been trying to get NVC to correct my brother's kids he has 6 kids 4 boys and 2 girls but they have an extra kid on his case which is wrong (the extra kid needs to be remove, don't know how NVC has that extra kid on his case) so i cannot submit the files that's been uploaded on CEAC login in since they've gone paperless.
This is holding up my brother's case which was sponsor from my mother the petitioner in August 2007 so trying to bring him over here now. It's been so long and so stressing since NVC won't give me a response and i've been persistent in calling them and getting the same robot message every time, sorry we're busy please call back.
