Following-to-Join Benefits
I have some problems in my visa process. About ten years ago my father applied for the U.S permanent residents based on his relationship with his siblings (and also for all the family members).
Last year he succeed to get his visa ,but unfortunately I couldn't accompany him due to my military service issues(I had travel banned) and because of me my mother also didn't go. So father traveled just with my middle brother (we are 3 brothers and I'm the oldest).
Now I solved my military service problem, and I'm ready to go. but I heard father should request "petition for alien relatives" (form I-130) for me, mother and my little brother while it takes at least 5 years to respond. Something drew my attention in bottom of this page. Could you please guide me, can I use "following-to-join benefits" section? Is there any chance?
My birth date is Sep 06, 1991 and I'm not married Also my little brother is about 9 years old and mother is 42. We all have Iranian naturalization and live in Iran.
My uncle did all this process for us(applying and ...) but these days he doesn't want to help us anymore So I have to do all myself. I need help about the documents pointed below:
Where should I find these documents and also How can I post them and to Where!
