DS 5535 Pakistan

My wife got Ds5535 after the interview. She had verbal approval at the embassy. She answered all questions correctly.

We did goto Dubai, UAE for few days in the past 5 years.

CO did ask her & she confirm as it was disclosed on DS-360

i don’t understand what could be the reason behind DS5535. She has no job, or any sort of history.
