background check
I have a police arrest in USA but no conviction. I am planning to go through consular processing for my Green card which will be after few months. My I 140 is already approved. Recently I got my H-1B after going through finger printing and FBI background check. Please advice if I should go through consular processing or do adjustment of status here.
