Cheli Robo81 Decided to post today right I saw Robo's message that Feb 2021 folks received ILs. I did not receive one when I saw his post so wanted to ask how he knew! But guess what, I received the IL a couple of hours after his post! My DQ date is Feb 26 2021, and I received the IL today for Mar 25 2022.

Also, I originally had an O-visa renewal appointment scheduled for April 19. Now, in the IL for IV I was asked to register for an appointment on ustraveldocs but it doesn't allow me to schedule a new one? Are we allowed to only have one active interview at a time? Does it mean I have to cancel the April 19 O-visa appointment before registering the IV interview? Any information on this is appreciated. Thanks.

The EB categories have reached Feb 2021 DQ that is scheduled for March 22 interview. What's your DQ Cheli ?

Hi Friends, I just saw in one of the the you tube channels that people DQ ed in june2021 from IR1 category are getting ILs for March 2022. Hope they pick up the pace for EB category also given the large number of visa availability for FY2022.
Also friends who have attended the interview: please share any insights on the Medical and VAC appointment and about what documents (of the petitioner in EB1 category) are needed to be taken by the dependents for the interview.

Hi ghoshtilottama Thank you for the response and yes, I see very few people from this forum who had already gotten their interviews sharing their experience. It would help a lot to gauge the situation of the people waiting in the queue. Given EB category to be the last on their priority the consular officers should consider that people in the EB category also have families to be united with.

So friends lets try to help each other out here. Please share your experience with your DQ date and IL date when you receive it so that we can keep a track of the movement on our category.

Hi Cheli I have heard that people have got interview letters in the CR1 and IR1 categories, but not in the Employment based. It will be great to hear if people in the Employment based category have got interview letters. Thanks.

Hi Robo81, Did you try expediting your case? I tried, and got a response in 2 days saying that they cannot expedite.
I think that this response to deny the expedite approval was the fastest processing ever done by the NVC.

Has anyone from this group gotten an interview letter for March 2022? If so please share your DQ date and the visa category.

Thanks Robo81. Could you please suggest the sources or forums where it is easy to find this information? Internet is filled with IR1/CR1 dates but no information on EB1.

IamGautam - the current DQ date that's being interviewed for EB1 is July 2020 and.this month new ILs are yet to.be received. So if they cover lot of months like previous ones, you might receive it within 6-8 months...again fingers crossed as we are not sure if this trend will continue or they slow down again. Hoping for the best.

Hi Everyone, any update on EB category interview letter yet ? I am spouse of EB1A applicant. My spouse got the GC in October 2020, currently in USA. My case is DQ ed since August 2021. I am waiting and waiting but no response from NVC.

Hi, Did anyone in the EB category get an interview letter yet? My husband's case is DQ ed since Jan 2021. Still waiting for an interview letter. Please update if you have received an interview letter this month. Thanks!
