DS-160 form needs correction

Dear sir


I got offer letter from university of wiskonsin, M***aukee. I have filled DS-160 form for the visa process and I have taken appointment on the basis of this DS-160 form. Here I want to know about two things:

1) I have select “self ”in the answer of person/entity paying your entire trip while I got fully funded admission from UW-M***aukee so what should I do now? Is there any need to fill DS-160 again?
2) If yes what would be the process of that?

You should cancel the appointment, fill new DS-160 with corrections and get new confirmation, and take new appointment.

DS-160 urgent help needed

I am fully funded by the NC state university as aPhD student.
In the portion of the DS-160 form,
where it says ,who is paying for the trip:
should i mention self,the person(my father) or company/organisation?

my father has the required funds ,so i was thinking of mentioning 'other person'
but i am fully funded by the univeristy who is employing me as a teaching assistant,shouldn't my answer be 'company/organization',wherein the organisation is 'NC state university'?
