Hi all,
Both my parents are DQ and after waiting for a long time, NVC has scheduled an interview in Mumbai consulate but only for my Mom. I am having trouble getting her VAC appointment scheduled so was hoping if someone could please help me regards registering step with https://ustraveldocs.com/in/en/immigrant-visa
My parents are registered for VAC under my Dads account with my Mom as spouse. I was not sure if I can schedule an appointment for just my Mom by logging in from my Dads account however I did try but then the site errors on DS-260 confirmation number for my mom's profile saying it is not a valid DS-160 number!!!
I tried registering then my mom in a separate account, however this time it said duplicate profile exists and whether I want to merge or cancel. On cancel the page does nothing. I have not tried the merge option.
I am sure there would be others here in similar situation with parents getting separate visa appointment dates, could you please help me with how you went ahead with scheduling the us travel docs VAC appointment step?
I would be extremely grateful for any help/advice,
