Hello -
After a long wait, I finally got an appointment for my mother at USA Mumbai Embassy for her IR5 Interview. I am US Citizen and have sponsored my mother.
I have two questions
1 - My mother cannot go for interview on date as they have sent Dec 10th and we will need to reschedule unfortunately. How quickly can I get a new date if anyone has any experience with how much time they are taking these days or is there anyway I can do this?
2- I tried to register her on portal at https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ as per the instructions but am getting a profile error as it says her profile exists under a different email address. We don't have access to that email address anymore. I therefore send a message to them using the left side of menu as instructed but have not heard back. Therefore I am not able to register and not sent them a email. Does anyone have experience with this ? How long do I need to wait for them so that I can correct the profile and register her for interview rescheduling.
