Ive been convicted for Fraud ( two times ), when I was between 20-23 years, in Europe.
1. Conviction ( not aggraveted Fraud case ), with a total damage of 500 Euros.
2. Conviction for Fraud in multiple cases and with a total damage of 600 Euros.
I red, that a visa generally would be rejected, so how would be my chances through a Waiver or do I even have a chance and how are the approval rates ?
