INQUIRY REGARDING Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI)

I am an Afghanistan Passport holder born in Dubai, U.A.E. married to
an Indian citizenship and my daughters also Indian citizens.

Would like to inquiry if on basis of my wife and my children
citizenship, can I apply for Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI).
