My father had fileI-130 for his merried son over 21 age..in 2011. Does anyone knows how long is it still gona be to get his visa call !

As I said before , my Indian husband's i130 was approved. ..on June 12, 2014...you did reply that it should be about 12 weeks till the interview date..but my next question is ,,, is there a chance he can be denied at interview?..This is our 2nd time filing we were denied first time not enough evidence. ..we have been married 5+ years I've been to India 4 times ...should I do to India to be with him during interview...does a approved l130 .mean he will be joining me here in USA. ..It could we be denied again. ..Please help me have some peace of mind. ..
