Indian passport for 10 months child as single parent
Hello All,
I'm trying to get Indian passort for my child, now 10 month old. My husband and I have been having issues and I've been living with my parents from 8 months of my pregnancy. My husband visited very rarely and now its 4 months since he visited the child. I've been trying to get a passport for my child for the past 7 months and have requested my husband's passport. But he refuses to give using it as means of revenge against me.
Is it possible for me to get a passport using Annexure C as single parent?
Any advice would be appreciated.
