Dear Immihelp/Friends/Seniors,
I renewed passport at Washington dc and received it today and unfortunately it is not end. the photograph looks weird and gives impression like burnt face in passport.
I called vfs helpdesk and they told me to send old passport, renewed passport and photograph again but they have not given me guarantee that i will get corrected passport or not.
Could you please let me know what are the possibilities to get the passport corrected ? Did anyone face similar situation and got passport corrected ?
After sending through couriers, how could I track my passport in vfs website ? I am worried that after sending passport, i will not have to wait forever to get passport back in my hand.
Could you please advise what should I do?
