I am in a unique situation. I will describe it here.
My new job with an investment bank is taking me to India. Until recently we lived in Colorado. Since we are moving to India, we have sold our house and the house closes in a few days. We are currently staying in a relatives house, which is in Seattle, WA. However, starting next week and until early August, I will be working in New York City. My wife, me, and our two children are US Citizens. We are applying for PIO. Based on the information provided, which BLS office should receive my application?
Please help me out as this information is not available anywhere and BLS is not picking up their phone.
