The website for BLS document checklist instructs applicants to write the 9 digit number on the bottom right of the shipping envelope... which 9 digit number is this?
I have filled out the OCI Registration Form - that number beigns with USANI... and 12 characters long? Is there any other form that I am missing?
And should all documents be mailed to Consulate General directly - or BLS?
