We are filling out OCI Online Registration for us (recent US citizens) and are running into issue with a Mandatory field on the form.
INDIA is not appearing as dropdown for Nationality in FAMILY SECTION and both of our parents are INDIAN. The form does not allow us to proceed without this info.
I called BLS and after multiple tries finally got HOLD of them. They asked me to try different browser and also try after 2-3 hours.
Neither has worked. Has anybody run into same issue with this form and found solution to same? Please let us know how did you get this resolved?
