I would like to know whether there is an option to file a suit against BLS India Newyork.
I applied for a change in surname on May 28th 2013 and till now I don't have the passport. I had to call the customer care and then shout at the people n number of times.
What they say is they don't have any idea about my passport. After all these they mailed me my old passport back and now I don't even know whether a new passport was issued. Everytime you call them they say 24hours someone will revert and that 24 hours has not happened till now (2 months)
So can someone here please advice on how to proceed to with this. Atleast to make sure that my old passport is still valid. I've an upcoming trip which i postponed because of this and the postponed dates are nearing.
