PIO Card Application Processing Fee

Hi,

I have applied the PIO card for my daughter(Minor) through postal application to NY office and I have got all the documents back asking to re-submit the application with a thumb impression of my daughter in the application page where I had signed them. BLS International USA - NY Office has cashed the cheque I sent with the application and sent me a receipt. Should I include a new cashiers check for the fee when I re-submit the application again? Or can I just submit the documents alone. Need help with this. Status of my application is being shown as Pending on the BLS PIO Card Status Tracker.

Please advise.

I got the application back in 4th week. I got a receipt with a bar code for the Processing fee along with the application .
