Is Return Ticket Necessary ?

Hello,

I would like to send my two year 6 months old son with my parents to India.He is an American Citizen and has a PIO Card. Do I need to buy a return ticket ? I was thinking to buy oneway ticket to India for now, Since I don't know the specific return date.
Would there be any Immigration Issues in India or in USA?

No worries, but the return ticket is likely to be cheaper. Get one with a return date that could tentatively work, OR get one that you can change for a low fee, or none at all.
