Hi,
I got US passport for my child. My wife is planning to go india with child in end of December. My L1B visa has expired and now I am on I94 ( till 2015). My wife has valid H1B Visa( 2014).
Please let us know if I can apply PIO card for my Child based on my wife Visa. In all forum it says that father should have valid visa and has to fill the all documentin case of miner.
Is ther any other way to travell india like Indian visa ? if yes what is the process?
