Entry Visa for US Born Indian Kid
Hi All,
My Son is born in USA (Both parents are Indians on L1 Visa)in 2013 and i am planning to apply entry visa for him to go to India. DC Consulate has rejected his PIO Card since My Visa is expired and i am just on I-94. I have couple of questions in the visa application, Please clarify if anyone else have applied entry visa for their kids.
1. Duration of Visa in Months - what should i fill here? what is the maximum period allowed? Can i get this visa extended in India?
2. Has the permission to visit India previously been refused - Since they have rejected PIO Card, Should i mention that? Or is it not valid rejection case?
2a. If i need to mention about applying PIO card, they have also mentioned to enter who has rejected and control number. I am not sure what is the control number.
3. Do i need to upload the photo in system or just pasting the photo on the application is enough?
4. Can i include multiple Money Orders? - I have two money orders which i got back from consulate when i applied PIO last week.
