I am applying for my sons PIO card. I was filling the PIO application form and have few doubts
question 23. Whether the applicant or his/her parents or grandparents
or great grandparents held an Indian passport at any
time, if so details thereof: (enclose photocopy of relevant
documents)
(a)Passport Number
(c) Date of issue (DD/MM/YYYY)
(d) Place of issue
space is not enough to include my passport and wife' passport details. What should I do here?
question 24(a) Whether the applicant or his/her parents or grandparents
or great grandparents was born and was permanently
resident in India as defined in the Government of India
Act, 1935 * at any time {please see instruction (1) }. If
so, following details may be indicated:
(b) Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
(c) Place of birth
I am going to say YES - FATHER AND MOTHER but then again space is not enough for b and c. What should I do here?
Lastly do I need to notarize all the supporting documents or just the PIO application form page 3?
Thanks in advance
