Registering Property while waiting for naturalization

Hi all,

I had bought a property (residential) before I applied for naturalization but haven't registered my property yet. I have applied for naturalization now. I am not in a position to go to India now before a decision is made on my application. If my naturalization is approved which apparently makes my Indian passport invalid and according to the Indian immigration I cannot travel to India with my Indian Passport and need to surrender immediately. Will there be any problem in registering the property if I apply for OCI and then register my property. For some unknown reason , I would ideally want my property registered on an Indian Passport.

Any problem you foresee since I would have transitioned from being an Indian passport holder to a foreign country passport holder.
