Hi,
I hold Indian passport and my wife is a foreign national. I had applied for OCI in the past for my daughter and was accepted and issued. Recently, I went to renew the OCI as my minor daughter got a new US passport and was told, she is not eligible anymore for OCI! Reason, with the new regulation, the Indian parent need to be a naturalized citizen of any country. Does anyone else came across similar problem? Appreciate, if you can share your thoughts.
