OCI with BLS International - returned all docs with no info.

Hello,

I did submit my OCI application on April 10th to BLS international. I received my OCI package without processing along with Money order check. Can I use same Money Order check to CKGS? Do I have to redo my online application and submit again? Can I just send same package to CKGS? BLS did not provide any info on my returned package.

I did send a mail to ckgs before I ask question here. They did not respond to my mail. I can't even reach over the phone. Sloppy service..

CKGS, Please stop these posts in every forum. We know you exist but when we email, you don't respond what is asked in the email, you simply respond with a generic answer like Track your application, etc. Make your website better. For example explain each terminology, what's file number?, what's tracking id, etc.?

It is simply frustrating.
