I applied for my OCI but was afraid I would not get it in time for my travel to India. So I also applied for a tourist visa also about 3 weeks after my OCI application. The OCI card has been processed, printed and sent to SF from New Delhi. The SF consulate has received the OCI card according to the government enquiry website. At any day now I am expecting an e-mail from CKGS SFO asking me to send in my passport to get the OCI stamped. Of course my passport is already at CKGS SFO for my tourist visa. I was wondering how I should handle this? Anybody have any similar experience. Thanks in advance.
