Anybody applied for OCI application in Mumbai. I need some help to fill the form.
1. Do I have to fill Form A - page 2 for spouse who is Indian citizen and not applying for OCI?
2. My son age 20 is applying separately for OCI in Toronto. Do I have to fill his details in Form A?
3. I am going to India on Tourist visa. I am applying for OCI as soon as I land in Mumbai, which should take 3 months. Do I still have to apply for Foreigners Registration, as I may be staying in India for more than 180 days.
4. My minor daughter is 15 yrs and 8 months when she lands in india on canada passport and tourist visa. She is also applying for OCI in mumbai. She is exempted from registration. Would she have to go for registration at age 16 - provided she has not got OCI by then?
