PIO for american spouse/I recently became a US citizen

Hi!
I recently became a naturalized american citizen. Prior to this I held Inidian citizenship. Can I:
1. Apply for a PIO card for my wife, who is an American citizen (she is not Indian)
2. For our son, should I apply for a PIO card or OCI card?
I will be formally renouncing my Indian citizenship and intend to apply for an OCI card for myself. Any thoughtful advice is very much appreciated.
