OCI renewal on New passport - Minor

I have a question about the OCI renewal of New Passport. When I followed the link on OCI Indian website, there was no option to select on 'OCI renewal for new passport'. Did anybody have this issue? What are the options?

OCI renewal new passport minor + Parents renunciation

Do we need to submit parents renunciation form when apply for OCI renewal for new passport for the minor. I saw two checklists in different places on the website. One says we do and the other says we don't. Which one to believe. Thanks for your help.

I had included a copy of my renunciation certificate when applying for my son's OCI renewal. My wife is a US citizen from birth and so there was no certificate required from her side. But I would say to include it.

For renewal if I remember correctly it is under Miscellaneous Services.
